1. Programming 101 Sessions:
- talk with Kathleen as whole e-board has gone

- Coffee for 120 people, decaf for 48, tea for 60, hot chocolate for 84

- vetoed b/c of budget issues

- contract has been faxed back to building
- waiting to hear from Catering to set up a logistical
meeting, work out price and alcohol
- Photographer - Tanya and Ashton are talking with contacts,
will run from 9-11 with printing after
- Book extras - Jay costs $3400 for caricatures, palm reader,
henna, Jamie will talk to Dennis to see if he can beat the price
- busses - waiting on Magda,
will use schoolbusses b/c of budget
- Table hours confirmed, will send out schedule this weekend
- have four cops so far, are awaiting a possible 5th, at $150 each for the night

- letter to SGA re: comped tickets - are waitingfor bus

- Jamie: getting prices from Dennis for decorations and
a coat check worker
